In collaboration with the creative team at WATG in Vietnam, we developed a master plan for a destination resort and luxury villa community on 6.9 hectares of beachfront property south of Da Nang, Quang Nam Province. Bordered by the Vietnamese Eastern Sea seaside highway to the west and featuring 226 meters of ocean frontage to the east, the site is adjacent to the Montgomerie Links golf course and offers stunning views of Son Tra Mountain and Cu Lao Cham Island. A 20-meter open space easement to the north ensures a buffer for future development, while the southern side is framed by scenic ocean dunes. Our design blends Vietnamese cultural elements with modern luxury, creating a unique and immersive experience for guests.
